  1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.

  2. The Maximum age for admission shall be 30 years.
     
  3. The Candidate should have passed HSC with Science and 10+2 (Intermediate) by any stream from recognized CBSE/ICSE/SSSCE/HSCE board or equivalent examination.
     
  4. Candidate should be medically fit.

 

  1. Candidate according to the merit in entrance examination will be called for interview and the number of candidates called for interview will be five times of seat in each category.

  2. Principal and Management will be the ultimate selection committee.
     
  3. Interview results will be on the basis of your Language Skills, Knowledge and General Appearance.

 

  1. List of selected candidates will be displayed within 7 days of the interview on the notice board of our institution.
     
  2. The same will also displayed at the website of Mother Teresa Nursing School.
     
  3. Selection letter will be send to students name as per given self-addressed registered post.
     
  4. Institute takes no responsibility for any delay in the receiving or loss of call letter.
  1. Selected candidates must join the course on the date intimated to them in selection letter.

  2. Selected candidates who fail to join within the intimated date shall automatically stand cancelled and next candidate from waiting list will be offered for that seat.

  3. Selected candidates should submit an affidavit on the stamp paper with the following.
  • She shall abide by the rules and regulation and maintain discipline.
     
  • She was never convicted by any court of laws or any case against her is under trial in any court.o In case student leave the training without completion of course his or her security will be for fleited.
     
  • The affidavit dully attested by the oath commissioner or notary to be submitted by the time of joining. Selected candidates must join the course on the date intimated to them in selection letter.

 

  1. Candidate seeking admission to A.N.M. Nursing School on the prescribed Application Form for Admission available with School Management along with Prospectus on nominal charge of Rs 500/-.

  2. Application should be filled in BLOCK LETTER with blue/black ink.

  3. Application Form duly completed in all respect should be enclosed with self attested photocopy of under mentioned certificates :-

  4. Application Form completed in all respect should reach in the office of Principal “Mother Teresa Nursing School, Mongra Fatak, Dalan, Behind Military Camp, Katihar-854106 (Bihar)” either personally or by Registered Post on or before closing date of admission.

  • Matric/Higher Secondary (101 Certificate, Mark Sheet and Admit Card.

  • Intermediate or equivalent certificate, Mark Sheet and Admit Card.

  • Cast Certificate and Residence Certificate.

  • 4(Four) Passport size recent photographs.

  • Self addressed envelope duly affixed of Rs 5/- postal stamp


    5. Note:- The application received after the closing date will not be accepted. The institute takes no responsibility for any delay in the receiving or loss of your application.

    6. The candidate belonging to reserve categories is required to furnish original certificate regarding the category at the time of interview.


    7. Category of reservation should be clearly written on the application form in the prescribed column without cutting or overlapping.

    8. No further change of category of reservation will be allowed.

 

  1. The selection will be made on the basis of entrance examination. The written test of 100 marks will be of 2 hour duration and shall contain objective and theory type question. The test will be based on Higher Secondary school curriculum of Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge and English.

  2. If two or more candidates obtain equal marks in the entrance examination then admission to the course shall be determined on the basis of following :-


  • Candidate with higher qualification.

  • Candidate with higher marks in the same qualification.

  • Candidate who made more attempts in passing 10 or 10+2 examination would rank junior to candidate who has made lesser attempts.

  • Candidate senior in age shall rank senior to the candidate who is junior in age.

  • The candidate belonging to reserve categories is required to furnish original certificate regarding the category at the time of interview.

  • Category of reservation should be clearly written on the application form in the prescribed column without cutting or overlapping.

  • No further change of category of reservation will be allowed.
